Ink 19 has been publishing online since internet prehistoric times, which means more than ten years ago. Before the world wide web, before even Gopher, Ink 19 solicited articles online, via USENET and academic email. These days, Ink 19 is run entirely by a Ubikorp-developed custom content management system which allows collaboration between members of a large and diverse staff.
